How To Join Us Online or In-Person


You can join us online and have fun in the comfort of your own home. No special software is needed, just your computer an internet connection and a special link to the class.


  • Register for class online here
  • You will receive a link with that will give you access to the class.
  • There is a new link for EACH class date.
  • You will pay at the time you register for class
  • NOBODY can see you


At least an hour and a half.  Class is 60 minutes. However, give yourself 15 minutes prior to class to make sure you can connect and join the online class and prepare your area.

Spend 15 minutes after the class cool down to take stock of yourself, relax and enjoy the sensation of expelling stress and building muscle!

You will need a computer, laptop or tablet that can access the internet.  You will need to have a computer speaker to hear the music and class instructor. Although you do NOT need to have a microphone, if you join live classes online, you would need one if you would like to talk to the instructor.

A decent internet connection in your house
Ensure no others are streaming video or playing video games online in your home at the same time if you have connection issues.

Workout Space:
At least 10 feet by 10 feet, optimally you would have 20 feet wide and about 10 feet deep to move around freely.

Workout Equipment
Really all that you need is about a liter of water, a yoga mat and a sweat towel.
No weights, bands or special equipment is needed, but don’t let that fool you,
you will be sweating!



My classes are held in Vista, California – Yes, this is part of San Diego county.  We have a very large facility where our maximum class size of 12 people can exercise while easily staying socially distant. We adhere to all of our local and state mandates regarding COVID. Interested?

  • Time: Class runs 60 minutes. Plan on arriving 15 minutes early to setup.
  • Exercise outfit that you can easily move in.
  • Yoga mat – some exercises are done on the floor and a mat is useful.
  • Water! – At least a liter of water to drink during class
  • Sweat towel – You’ll need it!

Class Schedule

We are holding live Strong Nation classes twice a week - Monday and Thursday at 6:30 PM PST. and Zumba class live on Saturday's at 10:00 AM PST.

How To Join & Pricing

It's very inexpensive to join us. You can pay $5 per class or $30/Mo for all classes which equates to about 12 classes and a 50% discount over drop in prices.

Group Fitness

Our classes focus on developing flexibility and strength as well as agility and burning calories.  Either through Zumba which incorporates cardio or through a more vigorous Strong Nation workout which includes more cardio and core movements.
